Mae Plismona yn y Gymdogaeth wrth wraidd ein dull o gadw De Cymru'n ddiogel. Mae ein PCSOs a'n swyddogion yn falch o fod yn rhan annatod o'r cymunedau y maent yn eu gwasanaethu.
Rydym am sicrhau bod ein rhaglen plismona yn y gymdogaeth mor effeithlon ac effeithiol â phosibl, a'n nod yw bod y gorau yn y wlad am ddeall ac ymateb i anghenion a blaenoriaethau pob cymuned unigol. Mae eich tîm plismona yn y gymdogaeth lleol yn cynnwys swyddogion a PCSOs wedi'u lleoli yn eich ardal sy'n weladwy ac yn hygyrch.
Mae ymgysylltu â'n cymunedau yn rhan hanfodol o'n model plismona yn y gymdogaeth: cysylltu ag unigolion, sefydliadau, busnesau, ysgolion, gweithleoedd ac eraill; gweithio i ddeall eich pryderon a'ch blaenoriaethau, ymateb iddynt a mynd i'r afael â nhw; a rhoi mesurau ar waith i atal problemau rhag gwaethygu – neu ddigwydd yn y lle cyntaf.
Drwy gydweithio a chanolbwyntio ar ymyrryd yn gynnar, atal a datrys problemau, gallwn ddod o hyd i atebion hirdymor i broblemau lleol.
